Presentation by Mr. Michael Kasusse

Topic: Predicting usage of Geo-Visual Techniques in Laboratory External Quality Assessment (EQA).

Michael’s work focuses on investigating the intention to use Geo-Visual techniques to reduce Turn-around Time of External Quality Assessment of Laboratories.

In a bid to improve Health Laboratory Document Systems, timely and accurate information provided by geo-visual technologies with real time error-detection goes a long way in reducing the turnaround time within laboratories of health facilities.

This talk will focus on his research with 172 facilities under the Uganda Virus Research Institute (UVRI) HIV – EQA program in Mukono district.
